In July - September 2014 the Church is supporting The Smile Train Charity which provides surgery for facial deformity in countries where access to medical support is restricted.
In March - June 2013 we are supporting CHAS -the Children's Hospice Charity
In January - March 2013 we gave £300 for SolarAid an African Charity which seeks to eliminate the use of kerosene for lighting - it is a polluting and dangerous way to light homes and schools and it causes illness. The charity also supports local businesses to provide employment and sustainability .

we give generously and regularly to various charities at home
and abroad - one of our favourites is SMILETRAIN which provides free
surgery for those with
cleft lip and palate.
- Provide free cleft surgery to hundreds of thousands of poor children in developing countries.
- Train doctors and medical professionals in over
- Treat the “whole child” with comprehensive, total
care including: speech therapy, general
dentistry and orthodontics.

We also always support Link Romania
and the annual Family Shoebox Appeal and have done for the last fifteen years by collecting shoeboxes for Christmas presents for various countries.
Romania is a Christian charity that has over 20 years experience
working in Eastern Europe alongside local partner organisations to help
make a difference to communities trapped in a cycle of poverty.
- They believe lives can be transformed and communities can be rebuilt through Education and Social Care.

We collected 64 boxes and
contributed £171 to the fund which pays to deliver the boxes to the families and to support the work.
